1) the administrator of your personal data is PeopleVibe Sp. z o.o based in Warsaw Aleje Jerozolimskie 132, 02-305 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000907497 , NIP 7011041503 , REGON 389308133;

2) Your personal data will be processed for recruitment purposes – on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016 and the Labour Code of 26 June 1974.

3) Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process for the position corresponding to the applicant’s qualifications, not longer than 4 months. In the case of an additional voluntary consent, your personal data in the form of name and surname and contact details will also be processed for the purpose of contact for future recruitment processes, but for a period no longer than 12 months;

4) Recipients of your data may be recruitment companies, conducting recruitment on behalf of the controller of personal data and entities of PeopleVibe capital group, which conduct similar recruitment; clients cooperating with PeopleVibe; law firm; PeopleVibe associates participating in the management of the business;

5) You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

6) You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection as the supervisory authority;

7) decisions regarding your personal data will not be made by automated means;

8) Providing personal data is mandatory under the law, otherwise it is voluntary;

9) Your data may be transferred to third countries.
